Who we are
ORÉNI by Tosin is the trading name of [legal company name, RC number], [Lagos address]. The studio email is oreniluxury@gmail.com and the phone is +2349112612216. We are the controller of personal data collected on this website.
What we collect
We collect the name, email, phone number, and delivery address you give us when you place an order, join a class, send a message, or create an account. Orders include what you bought, how you asked to pay, and whether payment was confirmed. Class enrolments include the student’s name and age. Messages include whatever you write to the studio. If you join the newsletter, we keep that email. The browser also stores a cart, a wishlist, and a session so the site can remember your bag. We do not store full card numbers. Paystack collects the card, bank, or USSD details needed to take a payment.
Why we collect it
We use this information to take and fulfil orders, deliver work, unlock a paid download, hold a class place, answer you, and send the newsletter if you asked for it. The legal basis is the contract with you (an order, a class, or a commission), your consent (an account, a newsletter, or a message you send), and our legitimate interest in running the studio and keeping records we are required to keep. Signing in with Google or X is optional. Those services confirm the email on the account you choose.
Who we share it with
Payment data is shared with Paystack so they can take or refund a payment. Hosting providers store the site and its database. If you sign in with Google or X, that sign-in is handled by them and by the sign-in service this site uses. Couriers receive the name, phone, and address on a physical order so they can deliver it. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as Nigerian tax and accounting rules require, and then deleted or reduced to what those rules still need. Class records are kept for the term and for a year after, unless a refund or a complaint is still open. Messages are kept until the conversation is finished and for up to two years after. Newsletter addresses are kept until you ask to be removed. Cart and session data in the browser stay until you clear them or they expire. Account data is kept while the account exists.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. You may withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time.
